Dr. Unni’s resort is situated right next to the clinic and only a couple of minutes stroll from Light House Beach.

We offer you a place to unwind, to energize or to simply gather yourself before an important event.  On the rooftop and around the hotel building are elaborated tropical gardens and places to socially mix with others, or, to spend time in peaceful solitude.

We can also assist in arranging smaller as well as bigger events.

Dr. Unni has over many years put his heart and soul into designing the hotel to match his dream of a special place marked by harmony and tranquillity in tune with nature.  Tropical sounds from sea waves, crickets, and birds singing will help you to thoroughly relax.

The accommodation is of great Western comfort standards with contemporary design and equipped with all modern technology.  The material used in the building and systems to run the facilities are based on eco-friendly principles.

All rooms have their individual touch, their own private balcony with sliding floor to ceiling glass doors, Indian Ocean sea view and en-suite bathroom.  The main building has 30 rooms for double or single occupancy and the annexed Guest House has 5.

Our top floor rooms have a panorama view of the ocean and are equipped with AC.

Second floor rooms have a clear sea view as well as AC.

First floor rooms have a mixed view of garden and sea.

The top floor of the Guest house has in total four terraces and 360 degrees view.  The bedroom is small but comfortable for two persons.

All rooms have sea view facing balconies and their own bathrooms.

Our philosophy is that food should be a joyful experience for both the palate and eyes.  Our menu builds on the South Indian cuisine and is crafted with much love to reflect the palates of our international clientele.

Ayurveda emphasizes that the personal health can be maintained by following a health-promoting daily and seasonal regimen.  For guests taking advantage of our Ayurveda packages we provide guidance on what to eat to reinforce the effect of the treatments.

We have an open air dining space in our garden as well as a roofed dining area next to our plantations when the weather requires cover.

In connection with holidays like Christmas eve, New Years’ eve, Onam and Diwali we arrange community events where guests, staff members, and professionals entertain and enjoy Kerala food.

We are also regularly offering musical and cultural events where professionals sing live modern dance music or perform classical South Indian dance for example.  Dinner buffet with festive Kerala food is usually a part of these programs.

Private dining for example on the roof top or any other private setting are arranged on request.  We have several options available for a personal and special experience.
